Movement is not just a means of exercise, it's a powerful tool we can use to recover, improve our abilities, and live a fulfilling life.
My passion for movement and physical activity started at a young age through Highland Dancing. As a dancer, I quickly realized the numerous benefits that physical activity can have on both the body and mind. From there, my interest in exercise and overall health grew, leading me to explore different forms of movement both inside and outside of the gym. Ultimately, the positive experience movement had in my life led me to pursue further education with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
As a physiotherapist, I am committed to helping individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their best possible movement and physical health. I have received further training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, acupuncture, concussion rehabilitation, and hold a sport first responder certification. I am passionate about learning, which inspires me to keep up-to-date with the current evidence and best practice standards. Whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to improve overall well-being, I work closely with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.
